Our Temple of the Moon French Roast is the darkest roast we offer.  It's namesake comes from a remote sandstone monolith in Capitol Reef National Park. This toasty blend is comprised of deep, fruity East African and clean, chocolaty Mexican beans slowly developed until almost all essential oils rise to the surface. With minimal acidity, it's a bold and rich cup that's smokey, but never burnt.
